UNESCO has entrusted a Chair in Bioethics at the International Center for Health, Law and Ethics. The Chair holder is Prof. Amnon Carmi.
International Units of UNESCO Chair in Bioethics
So far, 15 units were established in 15 different countries. The units' goal is to promote the teaching of bioethics in medical schools in their perspective countries.
