You are cordially invited to the next meeting of the Forensic Psychiatry Circle. This special meeting will be held at the Haifa University Law Faculty (at the seminar room) on January 14th, 11:45-13:45.
This time, our guest presenter will be Prof. Michael Perlin, of the New York Law School.
The topic of our discussion will be: "Therapeutic Jurisprudence - An Overview and Some New Perspectives".
A paper presenting major points in this field is attached. You are encouraged to read it.
Landmark cases and up-to-date forensic issues are discussed bi-monthly in this circle. A general reference summary is posted on-line once a year, including the cases discussed in those meetings, and the meeting themes.
